We ensure that all the materials that we use on a daily basis are readily available and that the design of the indoor and outdoor areas facilitate learning.

Infant Community Guide (20 months to 3 y.o.)

Imagine Montessori School, located in Valencia, is looking to hire a certified Montessori Guide for a Infant community class (0 to 3 years old). Candidate is expected to be enthusiastic, warm, creative, caring, positive and poised, with ability to work as part of a dynamic team. Native or fluent in English, the candidate should also be committed to María Montessori principles.

Requirements for this role:

  • Montessori guide certification
  • 1-2 years’ experience as Montessori guide
  • Bachelor in Education (Bachelor of Education (BoEd), Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE), Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP), “Magisterio” or UK Level 4 to 6 equivalent)
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be a EU-citizen or have a valid work-permit

Imagine Montessori School is a growing school with the vision of spreading Montessori methodology through a relevant number of children by contributing to their natural deployment, involving families and the community into this process. English is the primary language of the School (Certified by British Council) with students ranging from 2 to 18-year-old. We already have a wonderful team of Montessori Children’s House and Lower Elementary guides.

Children's House Guide (Ages from 3 to 6)

Imagine Montessori School, located in Valencia, is looking to hire a certified Montessori Guide for a Children House class (3 to 6 years old). Candidate is expected to be enthusiastic, warm, creative, caring, positive and poised, with ability to work as part of a dynamic team. Native or fluent in English, the candidate should also be committed to María Montessori principles.

Primary Guide (Ages from 6 to 12)

Imagine Montessori School, located in Valencia, is looking to hire a certified Montessori Guide for Elementary class (6 to 9 or 9 to 12 years old). The candidate is expected to be assertive, warm, positive and organized. The candidate will also bring a passion for education and a creative approach to achieving our School‘s vision.

Requirements for this role:

  • Possess Upper and/or Lower Elementary Certification in Montessori Education;
  • Bachelor of Education (BoEd), Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE), Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP), “Magisterio” or UK Level 6 equivalent;
  • Have +2 years’ experience teaching in Elementary Montessori environments;
  • Ability to work with students of various abilities, including those with various identified exceptionalities;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
  • Native English speaker;
  • Submit necessary documents for a completed personnel file, including motivation letter, CV and two references.

Desirable for this role:

  • Experience in Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Qualified Teacher Status

Secondary Guide (Ages from 12 to 18)

Imagine Montessori School, located in Valencia is looking for experienced KS3 and KS4 teachers for iGCSE and A-Levels to join in September 2023.

Imagine is a reference Montessori School in Spain, which successfully delivered the British National Curriculum from 20 months to 18 years old. In its 8 years of history, the School has been consistently rated as good or outstanding, blending the British Curriculum with the Montessori pedagogy. With +350 students up to Y9 during the 2023/2024 school year, the school continues its organic growth yearly basis.

Native English speaker, the candidate is expected to be assertive, positive and organized. The candidate will also bring a passion for education and a creative and practical approach to his/her lessons.

Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Current/ recent experience of teaching KS3 and KS4. Successful record of planning and delivering engaging learning activities; Knowledge of the British Curriculum and iGCSE exams.
