Winter Camp – Enrolment conditions and payment policy

ENROLMENT CONDITIONS and PAYMENT POLICY
Registration and Dates:
The Winter Camp is subject to reaching a sufficient number of enrolments.
- Registration: You can enrol until 8th December 2024:
- External campers: through THIS FORM.
- Internal campers: via Phidias.
- Winter Camp Confirmation: We will inform you once we reach the minimum number of students, and no later than 9th December.
Payment Conditions:
- Once enrolled, you will receive an email to proceed with the payment.
- Absences due to illness and/or travel are non-refundable.
- Internal campers will be charged via direct debit between 11th and 15th December.
CANCELLATIONS OR ABSENCES
Cancellations will be accepted if properly communicated to the email fun@imaginemontessori.es.

WINTER CAMP CONFIRMATION
- The Winter Camp is subject to a sufficient number of enrolments.
- We will inform you of the Winter Camp confirmation as soon as possible, between 9th and 11th December.

Early Bird
- The morning care service will be charged per day. The price is specified in the form.

- There will be no bus option for this camp
