Summer Camp – Enrolment conditions and payment policy

ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT DUE DATES

Enrolments:

External Campers: Reservations will be made through the online form, and the deadline for registration will depend on the availability of places.

At the time of booking, by filling in the form, the first half of the camp fee must be paid via bank transfer to the account ES97 2100 3983 6902 0009 0630 and the proof of payment should be attached to the registration form.

Please complete the enrolment form on our Summer Camp website, and we will confirm your registration/availability shortly.

Internal campers: Registration and payment will be completed through Phidias. Payment will be processed through the usual direct debit system.

Payment terms: 

  • The prices are for full week(s), regardless of the number of days the child attends. The minimum enrolment is for two weeks.
  • Absences due to illness or travel cannot be made up or refunded.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer, and the place will be confirmed once the payment is received.
  • A first payment of 50% is required at the time of availability confirmation, and a second payment must be made before 16th June 2026. The second payment must be completed on time to secure the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS or ABSENCES

Cancellations will be accepted by sending an email to fun@imaginemontessori.es.

Cancellations received…

 Refund
…until May 15th, 2026 shall be free of charge.
  • 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
…from May 16th, 2026

to June 7th, 2026

 an administrative fee of 50% of the total programme booked
  • No second payment will be required
…from June 08th, 2026 There will be NO full or partial refund
  • No refunds will be made

Early Bird

  • The early bird service will be charged on a weekly basis, regardless of the number of days used.

Bus

  • The bus route will be planned based on registrations received before 15th May.

Minimum of 2 weeks

  • Summer Camp is intended to be a full programme and we recommend that campers attend for the entire programme or full weeks and a minimum of two whole weeks.

Extension of Weeks Once Summer Camp Has Begun

  • We recognise the flexibility parents need, and therefore, we offer the option to extend weeks, subject to availability. The price for the extension is 165€.
