Summer Camp – Enrolment conditions and payment policy

ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT DUE DATES

Enrolments:

Enrolments will be online and the deadline is based on places availability.

The payment of the first half of the Summer Camp cost will be made by bank transfer to the account ES97 2100 3983 6902 0009 0630 and will be attached to the registration form.

Please, apply through the enrolment form and we will confirm your availability.

Payment terms: 

  • The applicable fees are per full week(s) regardless of the number of days the children attend.
  • Absences due to illness or travel reasons are not recoverable and will not be refunded.
  • Prices are based on full week(s) regardless of the number of days the children attend.
  • Absences due to illness or travel reasons are not recoverable and will not be refunded.
  • Payments will be done by bank transfer and the slot will be confirmed, once the payment is received.
  • The first payment will be of 50% of the total amount, as soon as you receive the confirmation. A second payment (50%) will be done before June 17th, 2024. This second payment secures the place in the summer camp.

CANCELLATIONS or ABSENCES

Cancellations will be accepted by filling in this UNSUBSCRIBE FORM.

Cancellations received…

 Refund

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Early Bird

  • The early bird service is subject to the number of students who show interest.
  • The early bird service will be charged on a weekly basis, regardless of the number of days used.
  • We will inform you of the availability of the service before June 10th.

Bus

  • The availability of the bus service will depend on the number of students who require it (and the viability of the routes, depending on locations).
  • The bus service will be charged on a weekly basis, regardless of the number of days it is used.
  • We will inform you of the availability of the service before June 12th.

Minimum of 2 weeks

  • Summer Camp is intended to be a full programme and we recommend that campers attend for the entire programme or full weeks and a minimum of two whole weeks.

Extension of Weeks Once Summer Camp Has Begun

  • We recognise the flexibility parents need, and therefore, we offer the option to extend weeks, subject to availability. The price for the extension is 100€ for both reduced schedules (09:00 to 12:00/15:00), and 150€ for a full time schedule (09:00 to 16:30).
