Spring Camp – Enrolment conditions and payment policy

ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS and PAYMENT POLICY

Registration and Deadlines:

• Spring Camp is subject to reaching the required number of enrollments.
  • To reserve a spot, you can register until April 15, 2025:
    • Students of Imagine: Filling out the Phidias process
    • Students from outside Imagine: Filling out this form.
  • Cancellations: See the details of charges in “Cancellations or Absences.”

Payment:

• Absences due to illness, travel, or class confinement are non-recoverable and will not be refunded.
• For internal campers, payment will be made by direct debit in April.

Cancellations or Absences

• In the case of cancellation or absence, there will be no full or partial refund.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Bus:

• The availability of the bus service (and its price) will depend on the number of students who request it (and the feasibility of the routes, based on locations).
• We will inform you about the availability of the service and the routes available on the Spring Camp Confirmation date.

Morning Service:

• The morning service will depend on the number of students who show interest.
• We will inform you about the availability of the service on the Spring Camp Confirmation date.

Single Days:

• This year, you can request single days during the Spring Camp period.
