Spring Camp – Enrolment conditions and payment policy

ENROLMENT TERMS AND PAYMENT POLICY

Registration and deadlines

Spring Camp is subject to a minimum number of registrations being reached.

Place reservation:
Registrations for camps for campers aged 3 to 9 will be open until 3 April 2026.
For camps for campers aged 10 to 14, the registration deadline will be 24 February 2026, as a minimum number of participants must be guaranteed.

  • Imagine students: by completing the Phidias process.
  • External students:
    • Campers aged 3–9: by completing this form
    • Campers aged 10–14: by completing this form

Cancellations: Please refer to the section “Cancellations or Absences” for details on charges.

Payment

  • Absences due to illness, travel or class confinement are non-refundable.
  • For internal campers, payment will be made by direct debit during the month of April.

Cancellations or absences

In the event of cancellation or absence, no full or partial refund will be issued.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

School bus

The availability of the school bus service (and its price) will depend on the number of students requesting it and the feasibility of the routes based on locations.

Families will be informed about the availability of the service and the routes at the time of Spring Camp confirmation.

Early Bird (Matinera)

The Early Bird service will be available every day of the camp.

Single days

For this Spring Camp, single-day attendance may be requested for campers aged 3 to 9.

For campers aged 10 to 14, only the full-period option is available.
