Students interact with the environment and work on the materials thanks to the personalized, warm and responsive care of our Guides and Assistants. They are teachers with training and experience who guide and support the learning process.
Guides
Guides play a fundamental role and maintain direct communication with families to promote children’s development. Our Guides are Montessori trained, which qualifies them to teach under this Pedagogy, in such a way that their focus is on observing and guiding the child.
We endeavour to create a relationship between the students and teachers which is close, positive, based on respect, responsibility, admiration and love. We want the children to be aware of their decisions and the consequences of these decisions, and to create an environment where self-discipline is the guiding force.
