Weekend Family Experiences – Enrolment conditions and payment policy

Enrollment Conditions:

• The program is subject to reaching the minimum number of registrations.
• Any member of the Imagine community can register by filling out this form.
• Places in the program will be allocated strictly in the order of registration until full capacity is reached.
• Once all places are filled, a waiting list will be created. If a place becomes available, it will be assigned to the next person on the waiting list.

Payment Policy:

• For Internal families, the full program fee will be debited via bill the same week as the workshop will take place.
• For External families, you will receive an email with payment details once you have subscribed and the workshop is confirmed.
