Fallas Camp – Enrolment conditions and payment policy
ENROLMENT CONDITIONS and PAYMENT POLICY
Registration and deadlines:
- The Fallas Camp is subject to a sufficient number of registrations being reached.
- Reservation: You can register until 18th/February/2022
- Confirmation of Fallas Camp: We will inform you on 28th/February/2022.
- Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted until 4th/March/2022, by filling in this form.
Bubble groups:
- Bubble groups will be maintained, as long as enough participants from each Imagine classroom sign up. If not, groups will be formed and maintained for the duration of the Fallas Camp.
Billing:
- The full week will be charged regardless of the number of sessions the children attend.
- Absences due to illness, travel or class confinement are not recoverable and will not be refunded.
- For internal campers, the payment will be charged by debit from 5th to 10th March.
- For external campers, payment will be made by debit to the bank account provided. Registration will not be considered complete until the payment has been validated.
Cancellations or absences
- In the event of cancellation or absence, there will be no full or partial refund.
