For 17 years I managed the kitchens at Feria Valencia, coordinating catering services for large-scale events and conferences. A year ago, I decided to make a professional change and move into the educational environment, motivated by the opportunity to contribute to children’s wellbeing through healthy nutrition and a more family-oriented setting.
I strongly identify with the school’s philosophy and with the importance of offering carefully prepared, balanced meals that feel “just like home.” I prioritise seasonal ingredients, pay close attention to allergies and dietary needs, and work responsibly to reduce food waste. I also share values such as sustainability, respect for nature, and an approach aligned with the Montessori philosophy.
