Enrichment Programme: Data Processing Consent and Use of Images

At IMAGINE MONTESSORI SCHOOL, we handle the personal data you provide during this process for the explicit purpose of offering an extracurricular educational service. We will retain the data provided as long as the relationship between the data holder and the entity remains active or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

We periodically conduct various photographic and video reports in digital format during the different activities scheduled at the centre, which may include or feature directly or indirectly images of staff, interns, students, family members, companions, or others. The purpose of these reports is solely to show interested parties, family members, or authorised individuals the development of these activities by displaying them on murals, websites, blogs, DVDs/digital formats, paper photographs, magazines, external papers, and social media.

The images are not transferable to third parties, and we will retain them for the time necessary for the development and dissemination of the activity for which they were captured, destroying them legally and securely.

To comply with the Organic Law 3/2018 of 6 December and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we would appreciate it if you could indicate your agreement or disagreement by ticking the appropriate box on the registration form.
